A: Professional training services are provided such as mail, instant messaging tool guidance, remote guidance, instant messaging guidance, on-site training, etc.

Q: What are training contents?
A:
1. laser equipment performance, structure, principle and related processing handicraft;
2. Laser equipment safe operating knowledge and notice;
3. Equipment setup, debugging and operation, maintenance and simple problem solving methods;
4. Replacement method and daily maintenance of damageable parts (laser tube, focus lens, mirror etc);
5. Usage of operating software, driver, related drawing software, debugging of processing parameter etc.

Q: Where is on-site training provided?
A:
1. Customers come to Han’s Yueming laser group to accept training;
2. Professional engineers can do the training in customer’s company overseas.

Q: Training is free of charge or not?
A:It will be free of charge when training in our factory in Dongguan, China. We can provide free meal and accommodation in our factory for the customers.
Another situation, that is providing training overseas. The customers need to pay for the round air tickets, the visa, insurance, meals and accommodation, local traffic and service cost.
